At Nextisy, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Please review the policy below carefully before requesting a refund, replacement, or return.

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process your request faster, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

Orders Delayed in Transit

Shipping times may occasionally be affected by customs, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

If your order has not arrived within the following timeframe after shipment, you may contact us for assistance:

  • USA: 45+ days
  • International Orders: 60+ days
  • Brazil: 110+ days

Please note that some shipping methods or destinations may require longer delivery times.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:

Please check:

  • Around your property
  • With neighbors or household members
  • Your local post office or carrier

Contact us if you still cannot locate the package.

In some cases, the carrier may require additional investigation before a refund or replacement can be approved.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the items received.

We may provide:

  • A replacement
  • Missing parts/accessories
  • A partial or full refund depending on the issue

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Custom or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has started.

Returns

Due to the nature of international fulfillment, we do not require most products to be returned.

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Non-Refundable Situations

We may not be able to offer refunds or replacements in situations such as:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delays caused by customs or local postal services
  • Packages unclaimed or refused by the customer
  • Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect product functionality
  • Buyer’s remorse (“I changed my mind”)

Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

Nextisy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Customs inspections
  • Strikes
  • Natural disasters
  • Global supply chain disruptions
  • International conflicts or emergencies

We will always do our best to keep you informed and assist whenever possible.
